Description From Source0.02 linear metres, 1 diary. The transcription of the diary includes photocopies of personal documents and photographs. The diary was written in Latvian and English translation is available. Diary kept by Ilmars Drevins during his journey from Bremen to Melbourne on board General W. M. Black in 1948. Drevins was an anti aircraft gunner for the Luftwaffe, but surrendered to the American forces in Denmark. The diary includes an account of Drevins’ movements in 1944-1946.
