Cream paper with Japanese writing in blue print, English translation in red ink. Overleaf black ink Japanese writing in a black border. Inscriptions & markings: “The Japanese with this message has ceased resistance. he should be treated well in accordance with International Law. Take him to the nearest Commanding Officer. C -in- C. Allied Forces” |
