Bound volume of a photocopied journal in Swedish of Lagergren’s experiences in Victoria between 1853-1859 including descriptions of the Victorian goldminers and Indigenous Australians. Biographical notes on Carl Lagergren and his brother Nils Gustaf Lagergren and three Swedish letters with English summaries from Nils Lagergren to his family dated 1851, 1853 and 1854. Also contains brief English translation of each chapter’s contents and a photograph of Carl Lagergren. |
